DEPUTY HEADTEACHER
Governors of Stapeley Broad Lane C of E school are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational Deputy Headteacher, who can support the newly appointed Headteacher in leading the school in the next stage of its exciting journey. The successful applicant must be prepared to share our vision of excellence and be committed to providing a high quality, broad and enriching educational experience for all pupils. We have a strong family ethos, based on Christian principles. The successful applicant will be passionate about providing a high-performance culture where achievement, excellence and inclusion are embedded into everything we do. The Deputy Head will work alongside the Headteacher and Governors to develop and deliver the School’s strategic plans, mission and ethos. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day management and running of the whole school.

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who has:
- Energy and vision to help the Headteacher develop and maintain the school’s excellent academic achievements.
- Outstanding class practise, passionate in developing high standards and excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to education based on Christian ethos and principles.
- Proven ability to help ensure continuing staff development
- Experience of strategic planning working alongside governors, ideally with some understanding of school budgets.
- Proven leadership skills with which to motivate and inspire our children, staff, parents and the wider community to achieve the highest standards.
- Experience of leading curriculum development or the Emotional Health and Wellbeing strategy.

CLASS TEACHER / SENDCo
Governors of Stapeley Broad Lane C of E school are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspiring teacher and SENCO to join our fantastic team. The role is full-time, permanent and will include additional release time. The successful applicant must be prepared to share our vision of excellence and be committed to providing a high quality, broad and enriching educational experience for all pupils. We have a strong family ethos, based on Christian principles. The successful applicant will be passionate about providing a high-performance culture where achievement, excellence and inclusion are embedded into everything we do. We warmly invite applications from both experienced SENCO’s and those looking for opportunities to take on a new role. You will be a strong, experienced teacher with a degree and a teaching qualification. You will have an understanding of the requirements of the SEND code of practice and the wider issues associated with the inclusion of all children, and be willing to work towards the SENCO qualification. You will also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines, remaining calm under pressure. As SENCO, you will have problem solving, a child-centred approach, and be able to work effectively with families, staff and other agencies. You would also be part of our school’s Senior Leadership Team.
